Looks like the great American cereal corporation has decided that Todos Santos is ready for industrialized corn products, much to the visible despair of the artisanal local bakers. We've gone from quaint roadside staple to commodity manufacturing plant, which is, I suppose, the natural progression of all beautiful, sleepy towns.
