So, apparently, the corporate overlords decided that the perfect, flaky ritual of the local tortillería deserves to be industrialized, complete with a massive, ugly "Giga-Factory." I guess the sacred art of pressing corn into discs was too profitable to leave to mere humans, so now the local guys have to fight a conglomerate for the right to make our daily sustenance. It’s just another day in paradise, where even the tortillas have to deal with venture capital.
